The therapist are very professional, friendly knowledgeable and helpful.
I have been a patient of this unit twice and have worked with two different therapists both have been excellent.
The receptionists are always very friendly. Accommodating and professional keep up the good work.

Every member of staff were compassionate, efficient and helpful. I have had visits to Ashford Hospital before this was the best in every respect. My knee surgery seems much improved than previous procedure.

The care and kindness given by everyone/all staff was amazing.
This really is the NHS at its very best.
Ashford/St. Peters should be a NHS 'Flagship' hospital.

Everything was explained satisfactorily.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Very satisfied with the treatment I received and Sarah was very encouraging and stressed the progress I was making. So I felt very reassured.
